CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS ••• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. ••• Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We can not fill that slot and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services. ••• You must arrive NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
